Reviewers and submission systems
Suggested reviewer format checks and conflict screening
Authors provide suggested reviewers and are responsible for conflicts of interest. We only check formatting and screen for conflicts (same institution, collaboration within the past five years and shared grants); we do not propose candidates or provide reviewer email addresses.
Submission system entry and guidance
If clients authorise us to enter information in a submission system, they provide the account. Authors personally sign the cover letter and all author declarations; we make no academic declarations as authors. Proxy data entry is agreed separately in the contract.
