Replies and scheduling
- Response time
- Reply within 24 hours (business days first). The same policy applies to all three channels.
- Reply content
- For research enquiries, the first reply provides methodological feasibility advice and a recommended package, beyond a receipt acknowledgement.
- When timing starts
- Timing uses Beijing time. For submissions on non-business days, it starts at 09:00 on the next business day.
- Urgent requests
- The team works remotely. State any deadline in your WeCom message so we can schedule accordingly; we make no additional commitment to a shorter response time.

Information protection
The following describes how information is handled through our official channels.
HTTPS + mainland China cloud servers
Form information is encrypted via HTTPS and submitted to cloud servers in mainland China, with industry-standard access controls and activity logs. Access is restricted on a minimum-necessary basis.
Assessment and project communication only
Information is used only for this feasibility assessment and project communication. It is not published, redistributed or sold to third parties. It is not shared with third parties except communication and office tools needed for correspondence, such as WeCom.
Deleted on expiry; deletion available on request
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted 12 months after communication ends. For projects, intermediate data are deleted within contractual timeframes. Clients may email at any time to request access, correction or deletion.

Handling and retaining form information
Form information is encrypted via HTTPS and stored on mainland China cloud servers, with minimum-necessary access and activity logs. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted 12 months after communication ends. Those that do become part of project records, handled under the Terms of service and contract.
Anonymous initial enquiries
Yes. Your real name is not required during WeCom discussions. A real name and contact details are required for a formal quotation and contract.
Remote collaboration scope
Yes. The team works remotely via WeCom, online meetings and email. We do not provide visits or on-site placements.
